ClientConnect. The BDI customer portal
ClientConnect is the workflow portal your operations team logs into every cycle. As part of every BDI engagement, it's how our partnership runs day to day. Submit jobs, sample proofs before approval, attach inserts and onserts, target member segments, pull production reports, and download from the long-term archive. All in one place.
One workspace for every cycle
ClientConnect consolidates job submission, proofing, targeting, reporting, and archive download into one workspace. Your operations team logs in to the same portal every cycle. No email attachments, no separate FTP tools, no version confusion.
Job submission
Submit print runs, eStatement cycles, and ad-hoc mailings with full job specifications. Upload data files securely via the same interface.
Approval sampling
Review proofs for every cycle before production runs. Approve in-portal with electronic signature and timestamped audit trail.
Targeting & messaging
Define member segments, attach inserts and onserts to specific account types, and personalize marketing zones on statements.
Reporting
Production reports, mail induction reports, eStatement adoption metrics, and postal optimization savings. Exportable.
Archive download
Direct download of any archived statement, notice, or document run, with retention-aware access controls.
Real-time visibility
Live cycle status, escalation alerts, and SLA tracking. Your team knows exactly where every job is, at all times.
Designed for operations leaders
Every BDI client has at least one ClientConnect user. Most have several, with role-based permissions for submitters, approvers, and viewers. Activity is fully logged for audit and compliance reporting.
ClientConnect is included with every BDI engagement. There is no additional license, no per-user fee, and no separate procurement cycle. Your operations team gets access the day your statement processing migrates to BDI.
