Core banking & online banking integrations
As your long-term operating partner, BDI ingests statement and member data directly from the major core banking and online banking platforms your institution already runs. Each integration is configured by the BDI team, secured end-to-end, and validated against your real production data before go-live.
Supported core banking platforms
BDI has live, production data integrations with the following core banking and online banking platforms. Each integration is configured and validated by the BDI team end-to-end. Your institution's IT does not run the connector or maintain the data feed.
Not seeing your platform? BDI's integration team adds new connectors regularly. Contact us with your core and online banking environment and we will scope an integration for your institution.
How BDI integrates
Every integration follows the same pattern: BDI ingests transaction and member data over secure file transfer on the cycle your operations team defines. The data is validated against the format spec, transformed into statement-ready output, and run through the same production pipeline regardless of source platform.
For online banking platforms with API support (Q2, Alkami), BDI offers integrated single sign-on for eStatement access and member preference management. Your members never see a separate login.
Secure file transfer
SFTP with mutual authentication, encryption in transit and at rest, and per-cycle audit logging.
Data format validation
Every cycle is validated against your institution's data format spec before production. Exceptions are flagged before they hit print.
Cycle scheduling
Monthly, weekly, daily, or on-demand cycle handling. SLA-backed turnaround windows.
SSO & member preference
Online banking SSO and member enrollment preference handling for eStatement and eNotification delivery.
Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to set up a new core banking integration?
Typical setup runs 30–60 days for a previously-supported core platform, longer for platforms BDI has not previously integrated with. The work is performed by the BDI integration team in coordination with your IT contact.
Does BDI work with both core banking and separate online banking platforms?
Yes. Statement data is sourced from the core; eStatement display, eNotifications, and member preference management are integrated with the online banking platform. BDI handles both sides of the integration.
What if our institution uses a custom or unlisted core platform?
BDI regularly adds new core integrations. Contact us with your platform name and data export capability, and we will scope a custom integration.
Run a core banking platform we have not listed?
Tell us about your core and online banking environment. We will scope an integration timeline for your institution.
